I lost the championship game in my first fantasy football league this weekend to a superior opponent. Second place out of twelve ain't bad, eh? And I have to admit, it was certainly a relief this morning to be able to completely ignore the fantasy football player news postings in my reader. With this season behind me (and $75 soon in my pocket) I can finally get my attention back to the little things in life. Things like our dried up/leaky well, the missing patch in our roof, or finding and affording a car to replace our breakdowns-waiting-to-happen. Huzzah!
(Sarcasm aside, my life is actually pretty grand. Marriage does that.)
